Meet Our Management Team

Kelly Boggs
Fiscal Officer
Kelly became NCPL’s Fiscal Officer in 2012. She has an accounting degree from Stark State and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant. When she’s not at NCPL, she spends time reading, gardening, crafting, and playing with her two Dachshunds. She loves historical mysteries and other historical fiction. Kelly makes all of us a little less afraid of numbers (we’re literature people, not math people), and we so appreciate her patience when we ask the same thing twice.
